White Chili

Ingredients
In a pot add:1 can of white kidney beans1 cup of salsa 1 1/2 cups of vegtable stock or chicken stock 2 cups of cheese (optional) 1 tbsp cummin1 cup shredded up pre-cooked chicken (optional)stir it all together and let it cook on low for about 45 min. to let it thinken up.Just before serving add a handfull of crunched up whole wheat tortilla chips a sprinkle of cheese and a tbsp of sour cream or plain yogurt on top.Enjoy!!!
