Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
10 oz orzo pasta1/2 orange bell pepper, diced1/2 red bell pepper, diced1 medium cucumber, diced1/4 cup red onion, diced1/4 cup feta cheese1/2 cup olive oil3 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp white wine vinegar1 tsp dijon mustard2 tsp Greek seasoning
Directions
Cook orzo according to package directions. Rinse under cold water. Add vegetables and cheese and mix. For dressing, mix lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard and spices. Stream in olive oil, whisking continuously. Pour dressing over salad and chill. Makes 7 1-cup servings.
