Cheese Cakes:1 (8 oz) pkg. Cream Cheese 1 egg1/4 cup Heavy Cream2 tbsp Vanilla5 pkts SplendaLemon Filling1 box Sugar Free Lemon Pudding2 cups 1% milk1 box Sugar Free
Cream Cheesecake ingredients togeather until smooth. Divide evenly between lined muffin tins (12). Bake at 350F 20-30 mins until tops are slightly golden brown
Meanwhile, mix and refridgerate pudding. Cool cheesecakes completely and chill for atleast an hour. Top cheesecakes with pudding and enjoy!!!
