Grilled cauliflower, zucchini & bell peppers

Ingredients
2 cups of cauliflower florets2 cups of sliced zucchini1 large red onion sliced in thin strips1/2 green bell pepper strips1/2 yellow pepper strips1/2 red sweet bell pepper strips1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and
cover the bowl and store it for about 20
minutes.
2. damp all the ingredients on a colander and
strain some of the oil and sauce out.
3. Grill the mixed vegetables.

    I made it with just cauliflower, onion, garlic, olive oil, and a favorite salt spice blend. I grilled it using a grill pan over the charcoal grate. Really yummy, brown & crispy. - 6/21/11
