30 Grams soft Goat Cheese (Chevre)15 Pine Nuts1 Tablespoon honey2 slices mixed-grain breadNo butter is needed if grilled in sandwich press. Otherwise, use 1 pat of butter or 10 grams margarine for the outside of the bread and grill in a pan.
1. Spread the goat's cheese on one slice of bread
2. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the cheese
3. Drizzle the honey over the cheese and nuts
4. Top with the second slice of bread
5. Grill until slightly brown in a sandwich press or "Jaffle-iron". Serve warm.
Makes 1 sandwich.
