Brown meat. Drain fat.Add all canned ingredients.Finish heating and eat!If you want to go even lower sodium, substitute the tostitos salsa for another jar of the Trader Joe's fire roasted salsa (no salt). OR - leave out the extra jar of salsa if you like a meatier chili, being aware that caloric and sodium differences will occur.
