15-16 oz garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1/4 C tahini3 T water2 T lemon juice2 oz roasted red peppers1 T EVOO1 clove garlic, halved1/2 t kosher salt1/2 t cumin1/4 t cayenne pepper1/4 C parsley
Directions
Throw all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
