Green Beans with Potatoes and Ham Dinner

* Green Beans (snap), 340 grams (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Garlic, 2 clove (remove) * Red Potato, 397 grams (remove) * Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 284 grams (remove) * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) Basil Thyme
Cut up potatoes, place in sauce pan with water. Boil till just about done then add frozen green beans, boil till done. While potatoes are boiling, add olive oil to large skillet, saute onions and garlic till lightly browned, add ham continue stir fry till all is lightly browned. Remove onions, garlic and ham from skillet and add the drained beans and potatoes. Stir fry these till lightly browned then add back the onion/ham mixture, add spices; lower heat, cover and simmer till all is hot.
