Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 T. sugar1 t. baking soda1 t. salt2 eggs2 cups buttermilk2 T. melted butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet mixture to dry mixture. Mix until just blended. Place 1/4 cup of batter on slightly buttered griddle. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until done. Makes 16 pancakes.
