Slow cooker Ribs

Ingredients
package of 6 ribshalf a head of cabbageonion
Directions
Spray slow cooker with pam
place ribs in bottom of slow cooker
chop onions and cabbage and place on top of ribs in slow cooker
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, do not cook the option on High because it will over heat.
You can add BBq sauce but that is not factored in calorie count. Also note that if you only use this as 6 servings your calorie count will be wrong. We make this for a family of 6 and it feeds us for dinner and the following day of lunch
