Was very surprised, this really was good. My DH who said it sounded awful tasted it and thought it was good also. - 5/23/10

I hate greens of any kind. I had to use pineapple juice instead of the water to help cover the flavor of the greens. I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder. This was a great way to get the greens into my diet. Bravo! - 5/17/10

So refreshing and so different. I never would have thought to mix in collards. It is a good way to get the kiddies and an unexpecting DH to drink such a nutrient dense vegetable. It is amazing what the pineapple does to the taste of the collards. Got any more recipes like this? - 5/8/10

tried it today.. just didn't want to even take that 1.1g fat, so omitted banana, but it tastes great. Thank you so much for this... - 6/27/11

This was exellent. I used several baby collard leaves from my plant and added these and some ice last. I also added a baby cucumber but I'm sure it would have been just as tasty without. I tasted mostly pineapple, which is a good thing. - 6/22/11

I added some chia seed to make it more filling. I liked it but The Boy detected "a weirdly bitter aftertaste". Sigh. - 8/31/10

This was surprisingly good. I highly recommend it. There was a slight taste of greens at the end of the glass so you might get away with getting vegetables into a vegetable hater but, if they are sensitive they will know. - 1/26/11
