Ingredients
1 can Pinto Beans, 1 can whole kernal corn1 can Mexican Tomatoes1 pkg dry ranch dressing seasoning1 carton sliced mushroomsslices1/4 small onion shopped1 pound ground chicken
Directions
Brown chicken and onion in large skillet. Drain and rinse. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over rice, in a tortilla, or lettuce wrap. Makes 7, 1 cup servings.
