Ingredients
4 tsp. Streits Vegetable Soup Base (in the Kosher section) Nutrition is based on the vegetarian friendly chicken flavor1 Tbsp Miso paste (try an Asian market in the refrigerated section)1 qt water
Directions
Mix soup base in water and bring to boil. Use a whisk to get all of the clumps.

Reduce to simmer, stir in miso paste.

Cook another 15 minutes.
