Green Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients
Snap Green Beans (3 cups)Potatoes (2 medium, chopped)Bacon (2 slices)Onion (.5 cup)Shallot (2 tsp. chopped)Salt (.05 tsp)Pepper (1 tsp)
Directions
Clean and Wash green beans, cook bacon until crisp in medium pan, add beans and water to cover. Cook 15 minutes and add potatoes, onion, shallot, salt and pepper. Cook until beans and potatoes are tender, drain and serve. Three (3) 1 cup servings.
