18 oz of water packed light Tuna 6 hard boiled eggs 6 tablespoons miracle whip light dressing 6 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 tsp salt or to taseteaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
Place 6 eggs in pan and cover with water ,cook only until boiling ,then place lid on pan and remove from heat . Let sit in water 20 minutes then rinse in cool water and then peel, cut up or mince eggs into very small pieces and add to a large bowl
drain and add the tuna
drain liquid from relish and add
add onions and miracle whip
mix all into a large bowl and then add salt and pepper to taste
Makes at least 10 servings when placed on Sara Lee light wheat buns, the 80 calorie variety Buns not included in calorie calculations of this recipe
