Oriental Noodle Salad

1 Napa Cabbage2 pkgs of Oriental flavoured Ramen noodles4 tsp. of No Calories sweetener2 tsp. of salt. 1 cup of sunflower or canola oil6 tbsp. white vinegar1 cup of almonds, slicedgreen onions - finely chopped, enough for a 1/4 cup1/2 chopped fresh parsley1/2 cup of sesame or sunflower seeds
*make the dressing the day before
- mix oriental flavour packages from noodles with oil, vinegar, sugar/sweetener and salt, stirring well.
- refrigerate overnight.
-put noodles in a freezer bag with nuts and seeds and smash away to crush and mix together!
-chop cabbage and parsley. add onions
-just before serving salad, add the dressing and toss
-add nuts, seeds and crushed noodles. toss again and enjoy!
makes around 12 1-cup servings.
