1lb. pitted date1/2lb. dry roasted, unsalted cashews
Warm dates in microwave for about one minute.
Smash dates till paste.
Chop cashews till small.
Blend with dates. With hands is easiest though messy.
Roll into log with pastic wrap around it to ease shaping.
Cut into 8 rounds.
Individually wrap and enjoy as snacks.
