Marebell Cookies

Ingredients
Room temp butter1/2 cup sugar2 egg yolks (save whites)2 cups flour1/2 tsp saltICING:Powdered sugaralmond extractcorn syrupwater
Directions
Cream butter, slowly add sugar beat until fluffy. Add egg yolks and beat 5 mins. Slowly add flour & salt. Form into ball, warp in saran wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr. Roll into marble size balls (1 rounded tsp), dip thumb in egg whites and thumbprint marbles. Bake 15-20 mins at 350. Cool very well before icing.
Mix icing ingredients, adding 1 tsp water at a time until pudding consistency. Add food coloring or icing colors as desired before water.
