Cinammon oatmeal cookies with raisins and cranberries

Ingredients
3 cups oat flakes1/2 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup raisins1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 tbs cinnamon1/2 cup coconut flakes1.5 cup warm waterpinch of salt
Directions
Preheat oven at 180 C degrees.

Mix all ingredients with a spoon.

Put baking paper on your baking pan and make cookies using ice cream scoop (dia. 2 inches).

Bake 10 minutes or 15 to be more crisp on the outside.

With this recipe you will make 30 cookies 2-2.5 inch in diameter when baked.
