2 oz. FRS low cal orange4 to 6 oz. Good Belly Juice4 to 6 oz. Milk or Plain Yogurt1 frozen banana6 frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until well mixed. Can add Flax if desired.
