Rotini Pasta Salad with Home Made Dressing

Ingredients
1 lb. Rotini pasta, cookedgreen onions, chopped (or whatever type of onion you like)2 cucumbers, sliced (and peeled if you prefer)Grape tomatoesbell peppers, sliced/diced (red, orange, yellow or green - your choice)Simple Oil & Vinegar Dressing (see separate recipe)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse or let cool as directed. Prepare vegetables. Prepare salad dressing. Combine ingredients in large salad bowl and chill for 1-2 hours.
