Baked Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast1/4 cup flour (for dredging)1 cup buttermilk1 sleeve unsalted saltine crackers1 tsp Cajun poultry seasoning
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
2. Put the flour into a zip top bag
3. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
4. Drop the chicken into the bag and shake to coat.
5. Mix buttermilk and poultry seasoning in a bowl.
6. Dust off excess flour the nuggets
7. Move the nuggets into buttermilk mixture.
8. Crush the saltines
9. Remove the nuggets from the buttermilk and coat with the crushed saltines.
10. Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer
11. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
