Grilled Rosemary Flank Steak

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive Oil3 cloves Garlic minced2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped1/4 of a medium Onion chopped1.5 lbs Flank Steak (tenderized) Salt & Pepper
Directions
Mix Garlic, Rosemary, Onion and Olive Oil together.

Place flank steak in container large enough for the steak and pour in mixture.

Shake to coat the flank steak with mixture. Let sit for at least 4 hours.

Grill coated flank steak over direct heat (5 minutes per side)until medium or medium/raw. May finish cookin using indirect heat for last 5 minutes. Flank steak get tough it overcooked.

Remove from grill and let set 10 minutes before carve.

Cut thinly across grain and serve.
