4 oz whole wheat heatlhy harvest rotini2/3 cup non fat milk1 tbs whole wheat flour1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 copy shredded colby/monterey jack1 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese1/4 tsp onion poweder1/8 tsp garlic salt1 cup shredded carrot
Directions
cook 4 oz of whole wheat pasta.
combine milk and flour with a whisk. add milk mixture to a pan and bring to a boil.
add cheese, onion powder and garlic salt and stir over heat until melted
add pasta and carrot and serve
