2/3 cup Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour1/3 cup Organic Whole Wheat Graham Flour1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar3 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt3/4 cup Skim Milk1/4 cup All Natural Applesauce No Sugar Added2 Large Egg Whites
Serving Size is 2 pancakes- Makes 10 total
Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir together.
In a second bowl combine remaining ingredients, stir together.
Pour second bowl into first bowl and mix until incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour onto hot griddle sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until top edges start to bubble. Flip and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until fully cooked. Serve immediately.
