Ingredients
18 oz serloin steak1/2 cup teriaki sauce1 can low fat campbells cream of mushroom soup1 sliced red bell pepper
Directions
grill steak to sear in flavor. Slice when medium and place in crock pot along with liquid ingredients and slow cook all day. About 1 hour before serving, slice pepper and put into meat mixture. Serve over rice.
