Banana Walnut Muffins with Protein

1 cup flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 egg (or egg replacer)7 tbsp protein powder (i used rice)2 tbsp vegetable oil (i used grapeseed)1/4 cup vanilla yogurt1/2 tsp vanilla2 tbsp sugar2 mashed bananas2 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Stir Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and walnuts together in a bowl.
Combine egg, protein powder, oil, yogurt, and vanilla and beat well on medium in mixing bowl. Beat in the sugar and bananas.
Add flour mixture to banana mixture just until mixed - batter will be thick.
Divide evenly in muffin pan (i got 9 muffins out of it) and bake for 15-18 minutes.
