Balsamic Tilapia Filets

Ingredients
1 tbsp honey2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup of balsamic vinegarPaprika to tasteChipotle pepper to tasteSea salt and cracked black pepper to taste4 tilapia fillets - about 4 oz each
Directions
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of fish with salt, pepper and paprika. Add fish to skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until fish begins to flake.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, honey, chipotle pepper. Pour mixture over fish and transfer to a preheated oven for about 5 minutes. For a thicker sauce, keep in the over for 5 additional minutes.
