1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cajun spice2 Cups Bisquick Heart Healthy Mix1 Cup Yellow cornmeal1 cup fresh chopped cilantro1/2 onion chopped2 cloves garlic chopped1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini1 lb 93/7 ground turkey2/3 cup beef broth2 4 oz cans chopped green chiles drained15 oz can Bushs black beans drained2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar1 cup shredded reduced fat pepperjack
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Brown ground turkey, add chili powder, cajun spice, cumin, onion, garlic and pepperoncini. In separate bowl, mix Bisquick and cornmeal until blended. Add green chiles, 2 cups cheddar and 2/3 cup beef broth. Mix into dough. Press dough into bottom and up sides of pan. Top with drained beans, then cilantro, then turkey mixture, then salsa, then pepperjack cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until sides are golden and cheese starts to brown. 5 WW points per serving!
