3 bananas2 cups, whole wheet flour1 tsp baking flour1 cups honey1 tbsp canola oil20 tbsp flax seed meal1 cup walnuts1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup skim milk
Directions
Oven 350*F
Mash Bananas
Add oil, mix throughly
Add baking powder stir
Add flour, Flax Seed Meal, stir
Add skim milk, stir, adjust for consistancy
Add walnuts, raisins
