Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia)Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packedButter, salted, 1 tbsp
Core apples and peel if you want to. Slice in fairly thin slices. Melt butter in sauté dish and add apples and brown sugar. Stir-fry until slightly soft. Enjoy!
