Crock Pot Beef Arm Roast

Ingredients
3 LBS of beef arm roast-lean1-12 oz can of pop (I used Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi)1 pkg of Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
Directions
Serving Size-12 people

Place your roast in a crock pot. Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix on top. Pour beverage over roast and soup mix. Cook in crock pot on low for 7-8 hours. Add carrots, potatoes, or other vegetables and cook for 45 minutes or until soft prior to serving. Remove from crock pot and serve. An option for gravy, add a thickening agent (corn starch or flour) and whisk until thick.
