Homemade soymilk

Ingredients
1/4 c. soybeans, soaked and rinsed4 c. filtered water3 t. turbinado sugar1/2 t. sea salt
Directions
I use an automated soymilk maker (SoyQuick), but with a bit more time and mess, you can do the same thing with a blender and boiling water. Grind soaked beans thoroughly in boiling water. Add flavorings of choice afterward. A pinch of salt and sweetener cuts the beany taste. You can also add vanilla, chocolate, almond, or whatever suits you.
