Sausage and Rice Casserole

3 Members Mark Gourmet Mozz and Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage, (Gluten Free) 1 Bag Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice1 Medium red bell pepper 1/2 of a medium onion 1/4 cup of reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Slice peppers and onions into this slices. Saute them until the onions are transparent. Add in the sausages and cook through. Once cooked remove sausages from pan and slice into 1" pieces.
Meanwhile cook the rice.
Combine the cooked rice, sausage, peppers, onions, and sour cream in a bowl. Salt and Pepper to taste. Place in a casserole dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 350 Degree oven until warm throughout.
