Spaghetti Sauce Low Carb, Low Sodium

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 15 plum tomato Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic powder, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Basil, .5 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop up onion and pepper and saute in a pan until the onioins and peppers are tender. Mean while puree the tomatoes, when the onion/pepper is soft combine the mixture along with the tomatoes, in a sauce pan and add dry ingredients, let simmer on low heat for approximatly 1 hour or more so that flavors can meld. This will make about 8 half cup servings.
