White Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 C Sugar1/2 C Blue Bonnet Margarine2 Large Eggs2 tsp Vanilla Extract1 1/2 C Flour1 3/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 C Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line cupcake pan with 12 liners.

Cream together sugar and margarine. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture.

Stir in milk until smooth.

Bake 20-25 Minutes or until done. Cake is done when it springs back.

Cool and frost.

Makes 12 cupcakes.
