Lower Calorie New York Style Cheesecake

2-8 oz packs fat free Cream Cheese2-8 oz packs 1/3 less fat neufchatel Cheese2 packets EggBeaters Original (equivalent to two eggs) 1 large Egg3/4 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1 tbsp Vanilla Extract1 Graham cracker crust - Keebler Ready Crust, 10 serving
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Follow baking instructions for pie crust. (optional)
In a mixer on medium setting, beat together cream cheese, neufchatel cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add egg beater and egg, one at a time, until blended. Pour mixture into pie crust (will look as if it will overflow). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set. (Mine always comes out cracked and golden on the edges) Refrigerate for four hours. Serve cold and with your favorite topping.
