Wholemeal Fruit Scones

Ingredients
80g Wholewheat /flour40g ground almonds50ml tepid milk25g greek yoghurt50g raisins / sultanas10g fructose sugar1.5 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Makes 6 scones
Sieve flour, baking powder and almonds, add butter chopped into small pieces, and fructose - rub in to form crumb like mixture (as you would pastry).
Mix together warm milk and yoghurt (or use buttermilk), make well in centre of flour mix and pour in milk mix and sultanas.
Use a knife to mix mixture together - taking care to incorporate as much air as possible.
Once firmish dough has been formed, gently place ball on floured surface and flatten gently to accommodate 6 x small pastry cutter rounds.
Bake at 180 for 20 mins, or until golden brown.
