Ground beef, extra lean 300gCrushed tomatoes in juice 1000 gramsOnion, 1 largeGarlic 2 clovesKidney beans, 2 cans (468 grams)salt, pepper, add to taste1-2 tbsp chili pdr1/2 tsp cayenne pepper pdr1 tbsp paprika pdr
Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add chopped onions and pressed garlic and saute in the meat til they start getting soft. Add the tomatoes, beans (after washing and draining them) and spices. Turn heat down to low and let it simmer for at least an hour. Serve with cornbread
