Garbanzo, feta and black olives salad

Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans1 small can, or 1/2 cup pitted and sliced black olives1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese2 tbsp regular mayo3 medium cucumbers w/peel, cut in small pieces1 roma tomato, cut in small pieces1/2 red bell pepper, cut in pieces1/2 red onion chopped3 medium celery stalks choppedlemon juice to tastesalt to taste.
Directions
Just combine all the ingredients and serve!

    I didn't use the celery and added an additional kalamata olive. substituded the mayo for light mayo- thought about just using balsalmic vinegrette next time. I also used reduced fat feta and it was yummy! I served this with low sodium tomato soup and had a great lunch! - 1/21/12
