Chicken and Refried Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lbGreen Chiles 1 small canOnion (Yellow), 1 med, Cheddar Low Fat,shredded 2 cupsRed Enchalada Sauce 1 small canGreen Enchalada Sauce 1 small canFat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 cuprefried beans 1/2 cup soft whole wheat tortillas
Directions
mix sour cream and enchilada sauce. In food processor chop onion, green chilies, 1/2 cup of cheese, refreid beans &1/2 cup of enchilada mix. Then add chicken and briefly chop, just till blended. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce in bottom of baking pan. Divide mixture on tortillas, role and place in baking pan. Pour remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350.
