Rolled Chicken with Feta and Spinach

Ingredients
1 Pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained1 Pkg (4oz) Feta Cheese with roasted Bell Peppers & Garlic4 Small boneless skinless shicken breast halves (1 lb), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness1 egg, lightly beaten1 Cup dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix spinach and cheese. Spoon 1/2 of the spinach mixture onto each chicken breast half; roll up from one of the long sides, tucking in both ends as you roll to completely enclose filling, Secure with toothpicks.

Dip chicken in egg; then in bread crumbs turning to evenly coat all sides. Please seam sides down, in 13x9 inch backing dish sprayed with cooking spray

Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. romove toothpicks before serving.
