1/2 cup brown rice,half onion choppedsmall carrot choppedhandful of brocoli florets2 tomatoes choppedhalf glass of red wine
Cover the rice with boiling water and cook for 25 mins. While it is cooking add the other ingredients gradually, depending on their required cooking times.

Red Onion and Chopped garlic added jazzes up this recipe and makes it perfect to me. I like easy repeatable recipes that keep me nutritionally on track. This one is easy to add simple changes to to make it different each day: add a little bell pepper one day, or sliced jalepenos the next, etc. - 11/16/10
