Quick Chicken Noodle Hotdish

1 pound chicken breast, cubed and cooked12 oz bag No Yolk dumpling noodles10 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables3/4 cup onion, chopped2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup3 cups Panko Bread Crumbs3 tablespoons (minimum) butter
Cook Noodles in water as directed on bag. Combine chicken, mixed vegetables, onion, and soup in a large bowl. Drain noodles and fold into chicken mixture. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan that has been prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter and combine with Panko bread crumbs. Spread crumb mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked and crumbs are browned.
