Taco Salad

# Romaine Lettuce 6 cups# 2 medium tomatoes# 1/2 of a large onion # 1 yellow (or any color) bell pepper# 3 Jalapeno peppers# 1 cup pinto beans# 4 servings of pace salsa# 4 TBSP of prepared guacamole# Sour Cream, 4 tbsp # Tortilla Chips, 2 oz
Saute onion bell pepper and jalapeno after roughly chopping to make grilled veggies
Heat up pinto beans with spices of your choice, ( I use garlic, cumin, and chili powder)
Assemble salad:
-Place 3 cups of salad on each plate
- roughly crush 1 oz tortilla chips on top of each
- put 1/2 cup of beans on top of each
- garnish with 1/2 of tomato, grilled veggies, guac, sour cream, and salsa!
EAT IT!!!! NOW!!!!!
