Ingredients
3 151/2 oz cans great northern beans, rinsed & drained3 C cooked chicken, chopped small1 15 oz. jar alfredo sauce2 C chicken broth4.5 oz can chopped green chillies1 can sweet corn, drained2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (Or substitute 1 cu Pepper Jack cheese)1 C sour cream1/2 yellow pepper, chopped1/2 vidalia onion, chopped1 T cumin powder1.5 tsp black pepper1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 6 quart or larger crock pot for 3-4 hours on high, stirring once.

I actually made the beans from 16 oz of uncooked beans. I also made a home made alfredo sauce. I used chicken bullion for the broth. Fed our family of 6 with a bit left over.
