Gluten Free Turkey and Swiss Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
1 'Food For Life' brown rice tortilla2 slices of roasted turkey breast1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese1/2 cup of baby arugula (or any other leafy greens)2 pieces of roasted bell peppers (optional)1 tsp yellow mustard
Directions
Warm the tortilla on a non stick skillet.
Once warm, place the turkey slices, cheese, arugula, roasted peppers and mustard in the middle of the tortilla. Roll and serve with a side salad.
