Summer Squash Medley

Ingredients
1 medium yellow squash, sliced1 stem green onion, sliced6 ea mushroom slices2 cloves of garlic, chopped2 tbsp oil (your choice)
Directions
Place all ingredients into hot oil and saute for 10 minutes, add pepper and salt to taste.

Works very well on the grill wrapped in aluminum foil.
