Green Chile Chicken Enchilada

Ingredients
1/2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast1/2 cup brown rice (cooked)1/3 cup Mexican cheese blendFlour TortillaGreen Chile Enchilada Sauce
Directions
Dice chicken and cook in enchilada sauce until it shreds easily. Steam flour tortilla in microwave to make it more pliable. Mix chicken w/ enchilada sauce, brown rice and cheese together. Add to tortilla and roll carefully. Top with more enchilada sauce and cheese and then bake at 375 until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
