0.5 cups flax, ground2 cups whole wheat flour1.5 tbsp baking powder0.5 tsp cinnamon3 dash nutmeg1 tsp salt2 cups skim milk0.5 cups water1 egg
mix all dry ingredients well then add milk and water slowly stirring in between each add. when well mixed, beat in 1 egg. Preheat pan or griddle and spray with non-stick calorie free spray. Add mix in fun shapes (can use metal cookie cutters for kids! Watch out they get hot!), lift up with spatula to flip and remove cookie cutter, if used, when edges bubble. Makes 16 (approx 5" dia) pancakes. YUMMO!
